My sister had misplaced her assignment.
My little cousin often misbehaves at school. The campaign had misspelled a few words. She had misjudged her appearance. These instructions are misleading. I may had misinterpret my statement. The government had a minor misunderstanding. We all make mistakes in life. Most family in poverty live in misery. I feel miserable after P.E. My brother is a mischievous student. We took notes under miscellaneous. He had misgivings over the due line. Mississippi River is located by North America Missouri is located midwest of the U.S.

I need to gather materials to complete my project.
May I compare the two models? My compass will locate our location. A dog is a everyone’s best companion. The company will be supporting funds for the committee. She combined the mentos and soda, creating a scientific chemical reaction. President Trump is in command of the United States for four years. Technology has advanced to more complexed computers. In comparison to these two models is that the first model is more efficient. Companies appreciate positive comments to support their idea. Politics are quite complicated. GPS communicates from the satellite. The towers are very weak for an efficient communication. This week during ELA we learned subjunctive moods, relevant to verbs. Subjunctive moods are verbs that express a wish or desire or a condition that is contrary to the fact and is past tense used for present. A subjunctive mood sentence would use the terms -were instead of -was, -would and -will. You can recognize a subjunctive moods with other following expressions including desire or wish, contrary to fact, condition, demand after that, recommendation after that, and uncertainty. The following example is recognized as a subjunctive mood, “I wish pigs were to fly.” Were is the term used as a verb in subjunctive mood, ‘wish’ used in the following sentence demonstrates the expression, desire or wish. Contrary to fact expression can often be approached by the following example, “If I were good at sports, I’d join a sports program.” Contrary to fact is often defined as the opposite. Demand after that would commonly be determined by “that.” The following example demonstrates demand after, “Rachel be currently at their house.” Most recommended subjunctives would often use the term be than is or any of the following. A recommendation after can be approached by the following example, “I recommend that you speak to my superior.” A recommendation after would often be the verb linking to the noun. An uncertainty expression can be demonstrated as “if” or “whether.” The following example presents uncertainty, “Whether he be right or wrong, Paul is always coming up with ideas.” These following expressions demonstrated form a subjunctive mood. Moods are forms of verb to demonstrate how it is regarded. This lesson is relevant to the unit we are currently on.
http://www.grammar-monster.com/glossary/subjunctive_mood.htm A tragic scene taken on a drastic wet Monday of the first of May. During a dire tornado attracted by Texas, led a massive deluge, flipping a vehicle by a highway. Couple of courageous samaritans desperately raced against time, as they struggled to rescue a father and two babies trapped beneath the vehicle, lying by the road near Canton, Texas. Video taken by Thomas Mitchell, as he witnessed the tragic event, reporting NBC News what he had witnessed.. Many terrified witnessers sobbed and panicked over the horrific scene. Jaime Martinez, former firefighter who had experienced similar drastic incidents, activated those instincts, following the rules he was taught thirty years ago. “Give me the baby! Give me the baby!” Martinez demanded as they successfully dragged the two babies trapped. Desperately, Martinez performed CPR over the young ones as everyone’s prayers were depended on. “Breathe in the Lord. In the name of Jesus, breathe in the Lord.” a woman pleaded. A single breathe gasped as the young successfully survived with the power of Prayer. 25-year old Philip Ocheltree, 18-month-old Addy, and her 4-month-old brother, Marhsall were evacuating from the storms and tornados attracting nearby the area of Canton. 21-year old, Emily Ocheltree, mother of the children had lost hope, “and it was already too late at that point.” as the truck had flipped three times. Marshall and Addy just recently were released from Children’s hospital and are stable, living a healthy life.
http://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/video-shows-strangers-rescue-infants-watery-grave-texas-n753436 This week during ELA class we learned about the basis of bullying and Jamie Nabozny’s bullying story. Teasing is type of act commonly committed by male students to their own friends as signs of caring and time for chatting, and NOT negatively intentional. There’s a huge difference between teasing and bullying. Bullying is an intentional negative act committed communally by male students than female students. These negative actions include: taunting, gossiping, spreading rumors, excluding them from a group, ganging up on them, or even physical abuse such as shoving, tripping, punching and even kicking. These are signs of negative bully. More than 3.2 million students are victims that are currently bullied to this day, each year millions of students are victims. Many of these witnessers are considered bystanders witnessing the negative abuse committed without even reporting anyone of the scene they had witnessed. 86% are gay or lesbian students who are victims of bullies and have commonly experienced the down hell of the impact of the abuse. 86% of those victims include Jamie Nabozny, famous for his well told story of the bullying experience and the abuse he had experienced himself. Jamie and his family had known he was born gay, keeping any of his friends or classmates from actually knowing the truth. Until middle school, it never even mattered as students knew he was portrayed to them as homosexual. Jamie had faced the down hell of the horrid abuse and the impacts of it throughout his school years, suffering every abuse, even facing surgery through his severe injuries. During class we had watched a film sharing Jamie’s bullying story.

Troublesome verbs are verb pairs that often share similar meanings and definition but present a different action. Rise, rose, or risen is a definition to ascend or move up. Raise is a pair that is often confused between rise and raise. Raise or raised is to lift up or elevate. Let and leave are pairs that are often confused between their terms. Let is similar to leave, but is to permit. While leave or left is to abandon or to depart without permit. Teach and learn are similar verbs confused between their terms. Teach is to give or share knowledge or to instruct. Learn is similar to teach but is to receive knowledge or instruction. Borrow and lend are confused verbs for their terms. Borrow or borrowed is to obtain the use of something from another’s possession for the occurring moment. Lend or lent is to give another person, something to use for the occurring time. Lie and lay are confused verbs between the similar terms they both share. Lie, lay, or lain is to rest or receive. Lay or laid is to put or place something down. Lastly sit and set are verbs confused by the similar terms shared, kind’ve like lay or laid. Sit or sat is to have or keep a seat. Set is to put or place something down. It is important to not be confused by troublesome verbs or similar paired verbs in English. I believe this has been an important lesson we have learned during English to remind ourselves the next time we ever have an English daily chat.
http://impertinentremarks.com/2013/08/7-troublesome-verb-pairs/ In the year of 2015, October 21, 4-year old, Carter Guess was diagnosed with cancer that had spread throughout his body. Doctors claimed, he had minimal chance of survival, as Carter was determined to battle it out. He has been battling cancer, spending 18 months in the hospital, returning with a huge celebration. Carter had felt suicidal, that dying would be easier than fighting, that he had no friends, that nobody wasn't there for him, but nobody couldn't be around him. 18 months later, in March 24, 2017, Carter had stated his release from the hospital, allowing to return home as a normal kid and to live his life with a normal childhood, leaving a story to be told. During his return, everyone had been supporting Carter this whole time, surprising him with a celebration after his battle over cancer was over. Sheriffs, fire departments, neighbors and many more had showed up as a parade celebrating his return from the hospital. “I can never be more proud of the young man he is and what he has taught me. And I pray that the cancer would stay away, and he gets to grow up and live.” says the mother of Carter. Battling cancer can be tough to battle out, as well as the family who battle it out. Carter and his family had both battle the struggles of their son’s cancer, which had been a tough situation for the family to battle and have faith in. Currently, Carter Guess is 5 years old, living a normal childhood, healthy along with his family who are relived and grateful for a second chance for Carter.

How Sugar Change the World has been an important learning base and understanding the history and origins of sugar. How Sugar Change the World explains and presents the audience facts written over history and how sugar influenced lives of many leading to this day. From this learning activity, I’ve learned the process and evolution of sugar influenced among peoples lives for hundreds of years! To the day of Hindus who believed the gods gifted the sweet substance, sugar. In the process of sugar, people extracted sugar from a plant called sugar canes that provided the substance, even to this day. It was a tradition for Hindus to surrender burnt sugar to the Durga God in appreciation of the gifted sugar. Sugar was a valued substance, a sweet spice, people increased and took advantage of the price in the value extent similar to affording two cows! You would be considered poor if you could not afford sugar because of its valued price. Then the 17th century, sugar was taken to the extent of slavery. People had retrieved Africans and sold them to slave owners. Farmed sugar was similar to a structure of a farm, African slaves were the operated machines to continue the production of sugar. Age of sugar had driven out the usage of honey, still current now. Not only had it driven the age of honey, it had made slavery more brutal then ever. In mid-1700’s, England and spoken up for African slavery, supporting the Africans and their freedom. Then the mid-1800’s, Abraham Lincoln had declared freedom for all slaves, then freedom was claimed. The process and evolution of sugar had resulted massive occurring turns of history. Because of its sweet spice it has led to an addiction. This nonfiction book explains actual events taken place and the origins behind sugar.
